We started with the conviction that smart people not currently working in IT could fill specialized technical roles if given the necessary environment to learn and grow into professionals ready to take on enterprise level work.

We knew we could take a person with the raw ingredients for success out of their current context and teach them what they needed to know to be successful in ours.

FastTrack Overview

Candidates practice the demands and rhythms of an enterprise level dev team for 8 weeks as they learn new languages and frameworks, pass competency evaluations, and build applications from scratch.

We mimic a team development environment and ensure they are learning from each other’s diverse understanding so that their learning translates directly to the work they will be completing for you.

We look beyond typical indicators like education and experience to potential.

Because we get to know the whole person, we can help identify and shape the values and skills necessary for success, by providing the right circumstances to see that potential flourish in each person.
