What is FastTrack?
Not Another Boot Camp
FastTrack is more than a boot camp. Our intensive 8-week program is designed for developers who already have a technical foundation and are ready to strengthen their skills and prepare for an enterprise development environment.
In addition to technical development, FastTrack includes career-readiness content to help participants understand what employers expect from developers working on professional teams. Topics may include communication, collaboration, interviewing, and working effectively with clients and teammates.
Our team brings experience across software development, IT, human resources, Agile environments, and business leadership, including experience with organizations of all sizes. That perspective gives us a practical understanding of what employers look for when hiring and developing early-career technology professionals.
No Cost and No Catch
FastTrack is completely free to participants. There is no tuition, income-share agreement, repayment agreement, or financial obligation to Cook Systems for participating in the program.
We invest in FastTrack because developing talented software professionals has been part of how Cook Systems serves our clients for more than a decade. Our goal is straightforward: provide qualified developers with an opportunity to strengthen their skills, successfully complete the program, and be considered for software development opportunities with Cook Systems clients.
In return, we ask participants to take the opportunity seriously, put in the work, communicate, collaborate, respond to feedback, and remain committed throughout the program.
Intensive and Flexible
FastTrack requires a serious commitment, but much of the program is self-directed, giving participants flexibility in when they complete individual learning and development work.
The program combines structured learning content, technical assignments and assessments, hands-on development, and collaborative projects with other FastTrack participants. These projects provide experience communicating, solving problems, and building software as part of a development team.
Our team remains involved through assessments, feedback, and strategic interactions at key points throughout the program. Success requires participants to take ownership of their progress, meet expectations, communicate effectively, collaborate with others, and stay engaged from beginning to end.

Get Trained
FastTrack is an intensive, 8-week technical development program built around the way modern technology teams work. You’ll strengthen your technical foundation through structured learning, practical assignments, assessments, collaborative projects, and real-world problem solving.
The program is built around clear milestones and expectations, with room for you to work independently between key checkpoints. Our team stays connected throughout the experience to answer questions, review your progress, and support you at important moments, including a final review before certification.
The goal is to build the technical capability, adaptability, communication, and professional judgment needed to contribute effectively on a client team.
